Experience: Experience with MDC since 1998 in ICF, Adult Day, Supportive Living, Social Services. Promoted to Director of Residential Services in 2005.

Education: Rockwood High School

Goals for your department or the agency in general:

• Improve staff training within the department specific to the needs of the individuals served.

• Improve fire and safety skills for each employee.

• Improve computer skills training.

• Fill vacant residential opportunities for individuals with needs who are currently not funded to receive services.

• Remodeling and redecorating of all group homes.

• New office furniture for the group homes (this would include desk, chairs and filing cabinets).
